Michel (pronouns: she/her) is a passionate and experienced learning professional and has dedicated over 20 years to helping people develop in their careers through her work in corporate learning and development.
In 2015 Michel became a professional coach, working with individuals to co-create solutions to achieve accelerated results and long-term success. In 2024, she completed her Master of Arts in Executive Leadership, with a focus on change leadership.
Michel’s clients include sales and IT professionals, students who are beginning their career, as well as seasoned professionals preparing to retire.
With each client she works with, Michel applies her listening superpower to hear what is being said, as well as what is unsaid. With thoughtful presence and her ability to guide clients toward meaningful solutions, whatever it is that lies before you, Michel will help you light your path.

Darren (pronouns: he/him) is a multi-disciplinary designer, communicator, and educator who has made a career out of serial reinvention. From innovative branding, design, and creative in both traditional and digital spaces, to user experience consulting and strategy, to creative direction, to higher education, each move a tangent spun off from the previous direction.
Passionate about deploying his creative and analytical skills to reveal patterns and connect the dots, he also colours outside the lines, comfortably crossing boundaries between disciplines to try and achieve understanding through compelling storytelling and communication.
In 2024, Darren completed his Master of Arts in Learning and Technology, with a focus on sustainability and digital learning in the postsecondary sector.
Darren thrives on working with colleagues, clients, and learners to understand their unique challenges and co-create solutions that inspire.
